Bloom Room will offer breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. After a quick transition, the space will transform into Suwanee Social, a lively restaurant and bar open from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. With seating for 275-300 guests, this dual concept is sure to become a popular local spot!
