Melissa Nettesheim
Owner and Lead Agent
Melissa has lived and worked in Gwinnett since 2003 and has been helping families buy and sell real estate since 2008. Originally from Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin where she majored in Advertising and Mass Communication.
Melissa takes the trust a client puts in her in the handling of their biggest investment very seriously and seeks to exceed the buyer or sellers expectations. She has built a team of real estate professionals who are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transaction for her clients. Her focus is on getting your house marketed and sold when listing, generating buyers and contract negotiations for buyers and sellers. Melissa lives in Lawrenceville with her husband and two daughters. She is active in her children’s schools and activities and enjoys everything our community has to offer. In addition, she enjoys reading, traveling and paddleboarding.
Bruce Nettesheim
Co-Owner and Director of Operations
Bruce brings over 25 years of sales and project management experience to The Nettesheim Group team. Together, with wife Melissa they bring a unique mix of talents to the process of buying and selling to ensure that their client has an excellent customer service experience. Bruce’s primary focus is on buyers and in the home inspection portion of the negotiations as well as all operational aspects of the transaction. He is also involved in building the team’s presence in the local community. Originally from Wisconsin, Bruce has lived and worked in the Atlanta area since 2003. He enjoys sports and is very active in the activities of his two daughters.
Sean Heenan
Agent
Sean works with both buyers and sellers to enhance our client experience. Having traveled the world as a professional musician for over a decade this opened him up to view life from a completely different perspective than what many would deem a normal career path. Branding, marketing, booking live events and managing finances taught Sean to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and the daily time constraints in an ever changing environment. During and after his time as a musician, Sean also owned an entertainment tour based vehicle rental company, and later, a commercial and residential landscape business. As an entrepreneur he has learned that building a rapport with each client is crucial to gaining their trust and creating lasting relationships.
Shimiki Ross
Agent
Shimiki was born and raised in the metro Atlanta area and has been buying, selling, and investing in homes since 2005. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in Psychology and also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems from Troy University and a Master’s Degree in Resource Strategy from the National Defense University in Washington, DC.
In 2021, she began investing in multi-unit properties and later started selling real estate. Before getting her real estate license, she worked as an IT Program Manager leading large scale business transformations and technology implementations. She believes in maximizing the real estate experience for her clients. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and exercising.
Margaret Diaz

Margaret was born and raised in Georgia and has lived in the Atlanta area since 2008. She graduated from South University in Savannah, GA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and worked as a Legal Assistant prior to receiving her Real Estate license in 2015. Margaret loves working with buyers and truly enjoys helping them find their “perfect home.”
Margaret has been married to her husband Mario for 23 years. They have 3 children whom Margaret has
homeschooled since 2016. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, reading and going to the beach as often as possible.

Danielle Nettesheim
Listing Manager/Marketing Director
Danielle was born and raised in Wisconsin before her move to Georgia in 2003. She has a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has been working in the design industry for over twenty years with experience in graphic design, web design and marketing. She has over ten years experience working in the real estate industry for home builders, brokers and agents. Danielle provides our team with full marketing support as well as administrative assistance. She lives in the Georgia mountains where she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, two daughters and several spoiled pets.
Emma Nettesheim
Operations Assistant
Emma recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. While in college, she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She also had the chance to study abroad in Cape Town, South Africa where she developed her love for travel, history, and culture. She has since traveled to Spain and France.
Emma is working towards obtaining her Georgia Real Estate License while learning all aspects of the business. Emma is using her experience with customer service to fine tune systems and processes that enhance client experience.
Myline Diola
Virtual Assistant
Myline Diola is a skilled and experienced virtual assistant with more than 2 years of experience in real estate and a degree in marketing management. Myline is based in the Philippines and has excellent organizational and communication skills. She handles database management for The Nettesheim Group and enjoys working virtually as it allows her a flexible schedule to care for her child. Myline also enjoys cooking and exploring new places with her family.
