Originally from Wisconsin, Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin. She began her journey in real estate after relocating from Orlando, where she first developed a passion for helping people make smart, confident moves. In 2003, she settled in Gwinnett County, Georgia, where she raised her family and launched her real estate business in 2008.
Melissa’s business began as a solo effort and has since grown into a thriving, client-focused team serving buyers and sellers throughout Metro Atlanta and Central Florida. She has now expanded to the Northeast Florida coast, where she brings her trusted experience and personalized service to Fernandina Beach and Jacksonville.
Melissa takes the trust her clients place in her seriously, knowing that buying or selling a home is often one of life’s biggest financial decisions. Her mission is to exceed expectations at every turn—whether it’s through strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, or simply making sure every detail is handled with care and precision.
Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys reading, traveling, playing pickleball, practicing yoga, and paddleboarding.
